JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-01-2016 The present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2007 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail made by the petitioner had earlier been rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42373 of 2015. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I find no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is hereby rejected.
