2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 8368(c) of 2023 registered for offence under Sections 323, 343, 379, 498-A, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner subjected the Complainant to torture and cruelty in various ways by due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is husband of the Complainant. Her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37690 of 2025(4) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 marriage was solemnized with the petitioner on 04.05.2001 and, after 22 years of marriage, she made allegation of demand of dowry. Learned counsel further submits that the Complainant is an Angan Bari Sevika and she used to upload her photographs on Instagram for which the petitioner objected and resultantly this case has been filed. The petitioner has filed informatory petition in the year 2021 whereas the present case is lodged in the year 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna Sadar in connection with Complaint Case No. 8368(c) of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
