In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2014. The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 2841 of 2015 and vide order dated 04/03/2015, this Court has rejected the same. It appears that the petitioner is a driver of the Bank. From the different paragraphs of the case diary it appears that the petitioner althrough remained in the Bank giving information to the culprits. Picking up that information, the criminals intercepted the victim and looted away his money Rs. 10,57,290/-. From the looted money, Rs. 50,000/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28590 of 2015 (4) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Paragraphs 102, 109 and 119 of the case diary are sufficient against the petitioner to reject this application, accordingly, the same is rejected.

The court below is directed to take all steps as available in law for procurement of the witness and complete the same within 9 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
