2. In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs:

"1. That the present application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent authorities towards reemployment/reinstatement of the petitioner on the post of Data-entry Operator, who has been terminated from the engagement by the Respondent No. 3 on the false implication of one license holder of wine shop namely Raju Prasad against whom licence dues for two months lied due and for which a Certificate

Patna High Court CWJC No.2017 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 2/2 Proceeding was initiated for realisation of about Rs. 15 lacs and for escapement from such liability the said Raju Prasad made complaint on complaint before the different authorities against which S.D.O., Bettiah, Sadar was authorised to conduct enquiry of whom office the petitioner was deputed as Data-entry operator to whom assuming the real channel for illegal gain the said Raju Prasad pressurised him for getting enquiry report in his favour and on showing inability for the same, the said Raju Prasad under conspiracy got apprehended the petitioner by the vigilance police personnel. However the petitioner was granted bail after proper consideration vide order dated 09.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62647/2018 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Priya. Further for relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has submitted application on 20th November, 2018, vide Annexure-5 and it is pending consideration.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's application dated 20th November, 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order in passing speaking order and communicating the same to the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
