In the nature of prayer made in the present modification application, the Court is not inclined to entertain the modification application and, as such, the modification application is dismissed.

However, the legal heirs of Nawal Kishore Kunwar would be at liberty to file a fresh writ application for seeking his post retiral-cum-death benefits as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Nawal Kishore Kunwar had approached this Court for seeking his retiral dues by filing C.W.J.C. No. 17290 of 2018 and the said writ application was allowed by order dated 30.04.2021 but Nawal Kishore Kunwar had died on 05.03.2021 itself and the said fact could not be
