JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Despite the statement made by Mr. Binod Gautam, Advocate on 04.03.2016 before this Court that he would be filing a fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner since the Advocate-on-record has died, no such vakalatnama has been filed. On the other hand, it is submitted by learned counsels for the State and for the Accountant General, Bihar that the order under contempt has been complied with by making payment of entire post retiral dues to the petitioner.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
