In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015 registered for offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. From the First Information Report, it appears that the victim had come to withdraw Rs. 5 lacs from the State Bank of India and later on, he found that some persons have committed theft of Rs. 3 lacs. The Police have apprehended the petitioner and one Raju Mishra from whose possession Rs. 2 lacs has been recovered and Rs. 1,00,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49963 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is in custody since14.06.2015. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Sonu Mishra, be released on bail in the second week of December, 2015 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 169 of 2015.
