JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 149, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they had taken away all the belongings of the shop of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedents. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. The other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 56078 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5494 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 146 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
