The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul (O.P.- Kathara) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 394, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced in this case during course of investigation on the statement of co-accused under Section 161 Cr.P.C. before the police. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (O. P.- Kathara) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018.
