2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 452, 326, 307, 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 01.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 21994 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 352, 326, 307, 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39890 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed the husband and son of the informant.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2024.
5. Considering the direction allegation levelled against the petitioner for killing the informant's son and husband, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial out of six witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.
5. Considering the fact that the trial is progressing and is on the verge of conclusion, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.
