2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Shahkund P.S.Case No. 19 of 2025.

3. As per the allegation, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with the petitioner. At the occasion of marriage, customary presents and cash amount were given to the petitioner. After marriage, accused persons demanded cash and one motor-cycle. The deceased could not withstand the constant pressure and torments

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. When the informant came to know the real fact, he filed an application before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhagalpur, stating therein hat his daughter was suffering from mental diseases and she herself committed suicide. The petitioner has no complicity in the alleged occurrence.

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State, has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S.Case No. 19 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC with further conditions that the petitioner shall
