It has been submitted that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 29-09-2015 but inadvertently, in the cause, title of the order, name of petitioner's father has wrongly been mentioned as "Surajmal Mahto" in place of "Ram Raj Mahto". Accordingly, the order dated 29-09-2015 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner mentioned as "Surajmal Mahto" in the cause, title of the order, be read as "Ram Raj Mahto".
