JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 This application has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.74821 of 2022 to the extent that the total amount indicated in the order as Rs.89,759/- be read as Rs.67,820/-.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make a draft of 50% of Rs.67,820/- in the name of Power Company in compliance of the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.74821 of 2022.

3. Mr. Shreekant Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the Power Company is present and submits that the amount of Rs.89,759/- may be corrected to the extent of Rs.67,820/- and he would have no objection to the same.

4. Having regard to the kind of submissions, this Court directs that in the order dated 29.04.2023, on page 3 in second paragraph, 3rd line Rs.89,759/- be read as Rs.67,820/-. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

5. As a result of this, the period for surrender fixed in the order dated 29.04.2023 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. This application is disposed of.
