ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was allowed provisional bail by the order dated 22.1.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, several attempts were made to settle the same, but to no avail. Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, Provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 22.1.2015 in connection with Banka (Paanjwara) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
