ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 30.4.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 11842 of 2013 on the ground of direct allegation against him of having fired and kept absconding for a number of years.

In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, dated 28.5.2015 that 14 out of 15 witnesses have been examined, I see no justification to reveal the earlier order refusing prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

However, the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad, is directed to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 186 of 2014 arising out of Kutumba P.S. Case No. 33 of 2010, expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
