This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 14.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 6173 of 2016, wherein, in paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 thereof, the following order was passed as under:- "5. Therefore, this Court would direct that the issue would be considered by respondent No 7 in light of the observations made in LPA No 1628 of 2017.
6. Needless to say if the petitioner's case is similar to that of Dr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh, the State would be under a legal obligation even under their own Litigation Policy, 2011 to extend the same benefit to the petitioner. In this connection, this Court would only remind the authorities regarding the provisions contained in Clause 4.C (1) of the Bihar Litigation Policy - 2011."

3. The opposite party Nos. 2-3 have filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 8 of the show cause, it has been stated as under:- "8. That, it is stated that accordingly in compliance of order under contempt after due consideration of each and every aspect of the matter a reasoned order has already been passed within time frame rejecting the claim of petitioner and communicated the same to the petitioner also for information."
4. A copy of the order No. 1239 dated 30.05.2019 passed in terms of the above has also been annexed as Annexure - A to the show cause.
5. On perusal of paragraph No. 8 of the show cause of the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 as well as Annexure - A, I find that the order dated 14.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 6173 of 2016 has been duly complied with by the opposite parties.
6. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
