In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, there was an agreement for sale of the land with the petitioner and for that in advance, Rs.20,000,00/- was paid, but no sale deed was executed that is the reason for filing of the criminal case.

From the first information report it appears that the money was given in different transactions of different denominations.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Looking to the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
