(APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Kajru Manjhi, in connection with Kharagpur Police Station Case No.33 of 2010, under Sections 121A/122 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 26(i) (ii), 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the C. L. A. Act, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47850 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
