In view of limited grievance, writ petition is disposed off with liberty to stake their claim before respondent no.3. If representation is filed with four weeks, respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, Patna) shall consider the claim and dispose it off by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.
