From the perusal of the impugned order and the materials on record, it transpires that the defendant has filed the present application against the impugned order dated 10.02.2014 passed in the suit whereby the learned court below has accepted only some of the documents adduced by the defendant-petitioner as exhibits. It further transpires that the matter thereafter was placed for remaining argument on behalf of the defendant.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9997 of 2014 (2) dt.20-06-2016 since thereafter the same has remained pending. As nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this application, the same is dismissed as not pressed.
