After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioners surrender within the specified period, the learned trial Court is directed to consider the bail prayer on its own merit without being prejudiced to the present order and dispose of the same day.
