2. The appeal is reported to be delayed by 21 days.

3. We have considered the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and we find that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The delay is condoned and the appeal shall be treated to be within time.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1647 of 2014(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 appellant very fairly submits that the impugned judgment does not in any way impinges upon any future rights of the appellant and we also find that the impugned judgment is merely advisory in nature. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is accordingly consigned with the aforesaid observations.
