The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnised with the petitioner. After marriage, there is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty against the husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim for non-fulfillment of demand. On 01.01.2015, the informant came to know that his daughter has done to death by her husband and in-laws and dead body of the victim has been disposed of in heavy haste without informing any public authority.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49964 of 2015 (4) dt.23-02-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further it is stated that the informant received information about death of his daughter on 01.01.2015, but F.I.R. has been lodged on 04.02.2015, so there is great delay in lodging the F.I.R.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.
