The petitioners stand accused in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No.301 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 304B, 328, 313, 314 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners with reference to the FIR present at Annexure-1 submits that even in absence of any allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50635 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 against these petitioners simply on account of the list attached therewith that they have been involved in this case. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of accusation let the petitioners, namely, Sabita Devi, Vikas Kumar @ Bikas Yadav @ Bikas Kumar Yadav and Sanju Devi be released on bail upon each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour-Bazar (Patarghat OP) P.S. Case No.301 of 2015.
