JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 364, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has also hand in the murder of son of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 12.5.2015. He has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case against the petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence. He is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in course of investigation. It is a case of last seen. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
