Patna High Court CWJC No.1626 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/3 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief;- " For issuance of an appropriate writ/s order/s direction/s preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to consider their candidature for regular appointment in the services of these petitioners, who have been appointed on contractual basis after following due process and working on contractual basis in the Health Department on the post of Laboratory Technician for about more than years with all satisfaction of the department and have been ousted from the zone of consideration in regular appointment by the authorities respondents.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present matter is covered by CWJC No. 6761 of 2020 decided on 03.03.2021 in the light of aforesaid submission, the appellate authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the
