The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 353, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner entered into the school and misbehaved with the ladies teachers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 09.09.2015, the FIR was registered on 11.09.2015. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts may constitute ground for

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.207/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Aurangabad. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
