JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Police had conducted raid at the place wherefrom instrument for preparing spurious country made wine along with five quintals of Java Mahua have been recovered. It has also been disclosed that aforesaid premise belonged to petitioner, Lalan Chaudhary. Admittedly, petitioner was not present when the alleged raid was conducted coupled with the fact that petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.06.2015.

That being so, petitioner, Lalan Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari PS. Case No. 60/2015.
