1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For quashing of the order dated 7.6.2021 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur passed in Case No.18/2021 issued under memo no.1274 dated 7.6.2021 and the order dated 16.6.2021 passed by C.D.P.O.

Paroo, Muzaffarpur issued under memo no.312 dated 16.6.2021 contained in Annexure-5 and 6 respectively by which appointment of the petitioner on the post of Sevika has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
