2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that 4-5 unknown miscreants, riding on a Scorpio, overtook the truck of the informant and on the point of pistol, looted the truck and snatched cash of Rs. 30,000/- and mobile phone from the driver of the truck.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Umesh Ram. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 10th A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S.
