2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 824 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The FIR arising out of a complaint case. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2025.

5. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim wanted to marry the petitioner as she was deserted by her husband and when the petitioner did not agree to the same, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 824 of 2023.
