This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.
