The I.A. No. 1645 of 2016 is, accordingly, disposed of. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent.

A prayer has been made to modify the order dated 4.8.2015 passed in M.A. No. 881 of 2012 as the appellant, in

Patna High Court C. REV. No.60 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 person, has submitted that he will incur a very heavy cost in effecting the substituted service by publishing the notice in two daily newspapers, one English and another Hindi and makes a prayer that the notices should be sent to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 by registered cover and ordinary post.

Let notices be issued to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 both under registered cover and ordinary process requisites etc. for which must be filed within two weeks from today, failing which, this application, as against the respondents concerned, shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
