In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 435, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 2/6/2015 at about 10.00 A.M., 19 accused persons came with slogan and later on, put fire in the house of the informant, all turned to be agitated, they were armed with the deadly weapons such as Lathi, Garasa and Bhala, threatened that whoever will come to save the fire, will be killed or thrown in the fire itself.

The petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner who is in custody since 12/7/2015. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
