Case No. 132 of 2012 (Sessions Trial No. 761 of 2014/192 of 2015) registered under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has already concluded, hence, this application has become infructuous. Hence, prayer is made for withdrawal of the petition.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
