Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 498 A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

The matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of Mediation Centre dated 8.8.2022 has been annexed with the record with shows that both the parties have compromised the case. The dispute has amicably been resolved between the parties. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46106 of 2021(4) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 compromise has been mentioned in the report of the Mediator. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. If the petitioner flouts the terms and conditions of the compromise the learned court below shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
