Taking into consideration that 7.32gms of heroin was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner carries antecedent of criminal nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence his prayer for bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-2, Dist. Gopalganj stands rejected.
