Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 456 ofr 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2018.
