The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case no.296 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the petitioner has moved this Court for bail and this Court after examining the material on record rejected the bail of the petitioner vide order dated 31.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5447 of 2014.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48221 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 to expedite the trial.
