The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had given a blow with iron rod and that the injured sustained injuries as a result thereof. He further submits that there was no intention to kill as has been alleged rather it has come on record that no occurrence as prescribed, had taken place at the betel shop of Sriman Narayan Singh who has sworn an affidavit to this effect. Learned counsel for the State submits though the injuries have been found to be grievous, there was no repetition of blows and save and except, the aforementioned injures, no other injury has

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 87/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
