2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This case is pending in this Court since 2017 and the order dated 27.01.2026 has not been complied by the learned counsel for the petitioner and it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is misleading this Court.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.01.2026 passed in this case.

5. Accordingly, the provisional anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45567 of 2017(7) dt.09-02-2026 2/2 granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.09.2017 is hereby withdrawn. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file an fresh anticipatory bail application after complying the order dated 27.01.2026.
