JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 It appears in the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party No. 7 a statement has been made that in compliance of the order of this Court the Opposite Party No. 7 has paid Rs. 11,85,953/-, however, from Annexure 'A' to the show cause which is letter of Opposite Party No. 7 addressed to the Branch Manager of the Bank it appears that only a sum of

Patna High Court MJC No.2022 of 2019(3) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Rs. 11,49,448/- has been sent to the bank account as a result whereof the loan account of the petitioner has not been closed and the Bank is looking for the total amount as mentioned in Paragraph '4' of the show cause.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that if there is some discrepancies in the amount actually sent to the Bank, the same will be taken care of and the balance amount, if any, as per the statement of Opposite Party No. 7 made in Paragraph '4' of his show cause shall be transmitted to the Bank. In that view of the matter, this Contempt Application is dropped and disposed off accordingly.
