In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.166 of 2013 dated 10.05.2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the first information report do

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.646 of 2014 (3) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
