BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 24-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of Covid-19 pandemic. State counsel accepts notice to the respondents. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief;- " For appropriate writ(s), direction(s) to the respondents to pay the scale of Rs. 17458/- per month to the petitioner with w.e.f 01.07.2018 in place of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1667 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 13276/- with all the differences of arrears of salary from on 01.09.2015 with interest rate to till date. And /or for any other appropriate relief to the petitioner for which he may be found entitled to in the eye of law.

In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner submitted representation dated 19.01.2020( Annexure-3). He has also cited notification/ order and communicated to the respondents. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioner's representation and redress the grievance of the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible in respect of relief sought in the present petition, the same shall be considered and extended. If he is otherwise not eligible a detail speaking order shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
