The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the informant has entered into a compromise and thrust of accusation is against co-accused Ranbir Paswan. The petitioners have been roped in this case because they happen to be the relatives of said Ranvir Paswan. Since the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was disposed of on merits, this Court is not inclined to take a different view now.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners keeping in view the retracted version

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6365 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 of the informant and thrust of accusation against Ranvir Paswan and dispose of the application for bail preferably on the same day, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.76/2015 pending in the court of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
