ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has filed Consumer (Complaint) Case No. 25 of 2021 way back in the year 2021, the matter is yet to be decided by the Consumer Court. Therefore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks suitable direction to the Chairman, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (Respondent No. 6) to dispose of the said Consumer (Complaint) Case No. 25 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 has stated that he has no objection if the direction is given to the Respondent Nos. 6 to dispose of Consumer (Complaint) Case No. 25 of 2021 filed by the petitioner by fixing a time frame on merits.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 6 to dispose of Consumer (Complaint) Case No. 25 of 2021 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
