Present case was registered on the basis of complaint petition and it is only stated that victim left his home in the company of the petitioner and after that victim did not return. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.1.2012 and it appears that up till now, trial of the petitioner could not be concluded. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Khagaria in Sessions trial no. 134/2014 arising out of Khagaria (M) P.S. Case no. 17/2012.
