This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. However, out and out, they have been dragged in this case, merely, on suspicion due to the land dispute. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udakisunganj in connection with Puraini P. S. Case No. 52 of 2013.
