JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Vide Annexure-1 petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. no. 12208 of 2013 dated 12.11.2013. Petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks but due to reasons explained in para-5 of the petition he could not surrender. As such, same is extended by another period of four weeks from today.
