No. 48669 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with C.A. Case No. 489 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sri R.K. Bharti, J.M., Ist Class, Patna City. The order dated 13.10.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
